Personal attention, bilingual service, and the preparation to see any matter through — the principles Pereda Law was founded on.

Our Story
Pereda Law was founded on the conviction that good legal work begins with genuine attention — to the facts, to the law, and above all to the person sitting across the table.
Too often, clients feel like a file number: handed from one associate to the next, unsure who is actually handling their case. Pereda Law is built as the alternative — a boutique practice where the attorney you meet is the attorney who represents you, from the first phone call through the final resolution.
Rooted in Miami and serving families and small businesses across South Florida, the firm brings the same care to a first estate plan as to a hard-fought hearing. And because life in Miami happens in two languages, every client is welcome to work with us fully in English or in Spanish.
The Attorney
Elizabeth Pereda is a Miami attorney whose path to the law was shaped by service. Before earning her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, she spent years alongside her community — mentoring immigrants through the citizenship process, volunteering with organizations dedicated to immigrant justice, and interning across the courts, prosecutors' offices, and city attorneys of Miami-Dade.
That grounding shows in how she practices. Elizabeth has carried an independent caseload spanning foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant disputes, probate litigation, and breach-of-contract matters — drafting the pleadings, taking the depositions, appearing at the hearings, and, when a case demands it, trying it. She also guides families through estate planning, drafting and reviewing the wills and trusts that protect what they've built.
Fluent in English and Spanish, she represents clients in both languages with equal clarity — meeting each person where they are and making sure they understand every step of their case.
